Who is ARC?
ARC (Anna Robinson Consultancy) is a responsive service offering you bespoke support that is focused upon increasing capacity for positive change. Delivering high quality advice and support that works in a realistic way within your context. Effective communication and practical strategies enhance the inclusive approach across your establishment. With a specialism in SEMH, inclusion and coaching; ARC can support you in effective change management and inclusion whilst ensuring that clear outcomes are at the heart of the approaches.
ARC is Anna Robinson and you will be guaranteed to be supported throughout the process by her directly.
Anna is a qualified Secondary Teacher and who has had 11 years of experience teaching in Pupil Referral Units and then eight years as a Specialist Teacher in SEMH providing quality advice and support to Primary and Secondary schools across a local authority. Anna has been an Assistant Head for Inclusion in a 1.5 form Primary leading on substantial change around support for children with additional and complex needs.
Anna supported a Local Authority as an Associate Partner for the Inclusion strategy. This involved leading on reviews of internal SEND systems and paperwork as well as supporting the development of the Additionally Resourced Provisions that were being implemented across the Local Authority.
Anna has also been the Chair of Governors at the local Primary school for over 9 years. She has been the governor for SEN, Safeguarding, CLA and Health and Wellbeing.
Anna is a qualified INLPTA Master Practitioner which means she can offer coaching and supervision to staff. A Diploma in teaching PSHE ensures that Anna keeps her focus on the personal, social and emotional curriculum that enables pupils to develop and progress and keeps the Nurture principles at the heart of all provision.
Anna leads SENDCo networks for Trusts and collaboratives ensuring that the SENDCos are led by the National and Local agendas. She keeps them well informed and ensures that the networks offer comprehensive support and CPD.
Anna is an intuitive and insightful worker who is highly regarded across the schools and businesses she has worked in. She leaves clients with a practical tool kit that is easy to implement and effects positive change whilst ensuring that families and staff are supported in a holistic manner throughout the process. She engages external agencies fostering positive working relations and good co-production ,
